minced hamachi blended with a touch of sriracha, cilantro and sliced avocado.  rolled traditionally nori seaweed first then white rice topped with wasabi tobiko, super white tuna, and red tobiko.

on the inside minced crab blended with spicy mayo, super white tuna, jalapeno, and avocado. wrapped traditionally then topped with a thin layer of maguro red tuna… finished with a dollop of wasabi aioli we’ve infused with a potato puree and a drizzle of chili oil.
